Lotfi TALEB (Agrotech 4.0 center, Tunisia):
Lotfi Taleb is an expert in Industry 4.0, currently serving as a Senior Expert and Project Manager at Agrotech 4.0 Center, where he has been working since July 2022 to integrate advanced technologies into the agrifood sector in Tunisia. With over 15 years of experience, Lotfi has held leadership positions, notably as Head of the IT Systems Department at the ‘’Pôle de Compétitivité de Bizerte’’ (PCB), where he manages infrastructure projects and develops robust IT solutions. He has also served as Head of the Network and Telecommunications Department, focusing on software development and fiber optic network deployment, and as a Project Engineer with expertise in Linux and Cisco products. Alongside these roles, Lotfi has been an experienced freelance full-stack developer since 2009, specializing in Java Enterprise Edition and Spring MVC architecture. Holding an engineering degree in IT networks and telecommunications from INSAT, he is actively involved in the Tunisian Order of Engineers (OIT), where he currently sits as a member of the Grand Electors Council, contributing to the organization’s strategic directions. His career, which combines technological innovation and a commitment to professional ethics, reflects his lasting impact on industry and technological practices in Tunisia.
Prof. Dr. Abdelghani Adnane

Prof.Dr. A. Abdelghani is a Full Professor at the National Institute of Applied Science and Technology (INSAT, Tunisia) working mainly in the field of Microsensors and Microsystems. He obtained the master degrees in « Microelectronic Devices » at the INSA of Lyon (France) in 1994, then a Ph.D thesis from Ecole Centrale of Lyon (France) in 1997. He obtained a post-doc position in Germany between 1997-2000 in the field of biophysics. He obtained the Habilitation in Physics in Tunisia (faculty of Science of Tunis) in 2004 and a Habilitation (worlwide recognition for conducting and leading research) in « Sciences pour l’Ingénieur » in 2009 at the Ecole Normale Supérieur de Cachan (France). He organized five International Conferences in Tunisia in the Field of Nanotechnology (2009, 2012, 2014, 2015 and 2017) with the Alexander Von Humboldt Foundation (Germany) and a Member of an Organizing committee of several international conferences in the world. He is now the leader and principal investigator of a research group working mainly on multiplexing gas sensors arrays based on functionalized carbon nanotubes (metallic oxides, nanowires, nanoneedles, multiwalled carbons nanotubes, Graphene, polymers) and on the development of interdigitated gold microelectrodes integrated in microfluidic cell for bacteria (respectively toxins) analysis in biologic medium. He published more than 100 papers in International Journals and supervised more than 15 Ph.D thesis and 20 masters student (H-index: 31). He edited four chapters book in the field of optical microscopy and biosensors. Prof. Abdelghani is part of worldwide renowned scientists as editorial member of several peer-reviewed scientific journals. He was a coordinator of Science For Peace NATO Project (2009-2011), National science Fondation Project (2009-2013), Tunisian Coordinator of Tempus-Project (2013-2016), coordinator of a second NATO-SFP project (2013-2016) and coordinator of the third SFP-NATO project (2019-2022). Prof. Abdelghani developed worldwide collaborations and industrial partnership for the development of new IoT solutions for indoor and outdoor air quality. He is deeply involved in industrial applications in his field of research with implications for the design and the development of affordable and cost-effective multiplexing nanosensing devices for diagnostics and theranostics which will have an effective impact in the developing countries. He received the Tunisian President Award of the “Best Scientific Researcher in Tunisia” in 22 July 2015. He is a member of the “National Committee of Research Scientific Evaluation Activities “and member of the scientific committee of the Military Research Center in Tunisia. Pr. Abdelghani Adnane is the founder of MIGSens (Multiplexing Intelligent Gas Sensors) start-up in Tunisia (Label obtained in May 2023).
Khaled El MOUEDDEB

Khaled El Moueddeb is a Professor at the Higher School of Engineers of Medjez-El-Bab (ESIM), within the Department of Mechanical and Agro-Industrial Engineering. His research focuses on grain storage in Tunisia and the environmental conditions of agro-industrial structures more broadly. He also serves as the Director of the research unit « Renewable Energies in Agriculture and Agro-Industry. » In addition, Dr. Khaled El Moueddeb is the Director of Studies at ESIM and the coordinator of the research master’s program in Agro-Industrial Equipment Engineering.
Ing. Dr. Hassene SEDDIK

Ing. Dr. Hassene seddik is a FULL Professor in the ENSIT School. He has obtained the electromechanical engineer degree in 1995 and followed by the master degree in “signal processing: speaker recognition” and the thesis degree in data security and owner right privacy “watermarking using non-conventional transformations”. He obtained the HDR degree equivalent to the ability to supervise researches leading to obtain the full professor degree in the field of intelligent data filtering and securing. He has over 42 international impacted or indexed journals papers and 117 conference papers. His domain of interest is: Data security / Audio-image and video processing applied in intelligent filtering /Data encryption and watermarking / intelligent robotic control / Smart Drones navigation and optimized control..etc. He supervises two teams in the RIFTSI research laboratory “intelligent robotics reliability and image signal processing” and supervises actually 06 thesis and has supervised more than 57 masters in the field. He is very active in many arenas. He is a SENIOR MEMBER IEEE the main part of his publications are impacted in ISI Thomson Reuters and Scopus He is actually a member of the higher commission to validate masters and engineering programs. He participated to develop many programs of different private and national universities and engineer’s schools. He was also the NCP “National Contact Point of the H2020 project in Tunisia and an expert for the ANPR “National Agency to improve research in Tunisia”. Walid CHEBBI

With an engineering background in Electrical Engineering (2000) and a DEA in Automation and Industrial Computing (2001), Mr. Walid CHEBBI began his career as a university assistant, specializing in programming industrial programmable logic controllers (PLCs).
M.Walid CHEBBI founded Tunisia Development Systems “TDS” in 2006, a company focused on designing and manufacturing educational models and test benches in Electrical Engineering (electronics, control systems, automation, industrial electricity, electrotechnics, photovoltaics, mechatronics, embedded systems, etc.). With over 15 years of experience, he and his team have developed more than fifty different products.
In the past five years, after completing multiple missions in Germany in collaboration with GIZ and the Sfax International Association, he developed « Industry 4.0 » solutions for digitalization in production workshops for manufacturing industries. Currently, he is working on creating Industry 4.0 demonstrators for universities and laboratories.

Dr. Mohamed Ali Rezgui, is associate professor at the High National School of Engineering of Tunis (ENSIT, Tunisia). He gained a PhD in Mechanical Engineering from the ‘‘Ecole Centrale de Lyon’’, France in 1994 and a HU in 2020. He is interested in study and analysis of forming processes and friction stir welding of metal and polymer materials using experimental design strategies. The use of the statistical tools and the regression models to better understand and analyze microscopic and macroscopic phenomena occurring in friction stir welding and forming processes are its major research activity.
