Authors are invited to submit an abstract describing original and unpublished research relevant to the themes of the SITE 2025 Conference. Abstracts should be written in English or French and must clearly present the purpose of the study, key methods, results, and main conclusions.

Abstracts must be submitted online via the Microsoft CMT platform. Please use the submission link provided below.

Submissions must strictly adhere to the official abstract template, available in both MS Word and LaTeX formats.

All abstracts will be peer-reviewed based on scientific quality, originality, clarity, and relevance to the conference themes.

To be considered for publication in the conference proceedings, the full paper must not exceed 8 pages in length.

Presentation Format

Accepted abstracts will be assigned to either an oral presentation or a poster presentation, depending on the recommendation of the scientific committee. Authors will be notified of the format upon acceptance.

The Microsoft CMT service was used for managing the peer-reviewing process for this conference. This service was provided for free by Microsoft and they bore all expenses, including costs for Azure cloud services as well as for software development and support.
